Hollymead is a beautiful residential neighborhood in northern Albemarle County. We are centrally located near schools, shopping and the airport. The community was established in the early 1970's and continues to be a thriving and friendly community 

Hollymead and our surrounding communities have a large residence presence on Nextdoor.com. While not an "official" means of HOA communication it is a great way to connect with your neighbors online and is truly Hollymead's digital "clubhouse".
